这是一次久违的小旅行，人称一日游。
Harpers Ferry是West Virginia的一个小镇，开车过去大概也就一个半小时，其实很近。
这个镇地处马里兰，弗吉尼亚，西弗吉尼亚三省交界，在群山环绕之中，又是Potomac和
Shenandoah两河交汇之处，土地肥沃，水路便利，有着悠久传承的印第安人的足迹，还有着拓荒者
吃苦耐劳的开发。简直是（填空1）啊，简直是（填空2）哪。但总的来说他们还是很倒霉的，历史上发
过N次大水，每次都搞得大家心灰意冷。早期这个town是个繁荣的军工厂加军火库，一个理想主义的大胡
子曾经想在这里通过占领军火库武装暴动来解放黑奴，后来打内战所有军火被北方军队给
炸了，后来转型作为一个酿酒的地方搞三搞四好不容易有了点名堂，conservative的west vrigina
政府的禁酒令搞得他们只好装行做苏打水和矿泉水，到现在貌似连矿泉水都没得做，搞点小旅游生意追思
历史聆听群山聆听河流。










接下来的一个不期而至的town叫Brunswick,离Harpers Ferry不远，车程20分钟，人迹罕至，去那里其实就是顺便吃个
sandwich然后闪人回家。整个镇5000多人口，92%的白人，0.45%的亚洲人（资料来源wikipedia，其实他们大可以说22个
亚洲人）。吃三明治的地方简直是太high了，是一个废弃的教堂改装的巨大的咖啡吧，中老年当地文艺青年
在那里下强手棋，逢年过节进行文艺汇演。他们那儿出色的cheese让我想起了宋元，然后咖啡让我想起了lake，
因为他们整个就是个巨大的牧云人书吧。外界和他们关系不太大，这是我武断的觉得。街上的条幅预告着他们
几天后的音乐节，一个5000人的小镇的音乐节，我觉得他们真的应该全民出动，至少每户拉壮丁。










btw，以下是harpers ferry的站台，每天从DC有一趟列车从Union Station过来。
我总是禁不住想起曾经和Kafka关于逐村逐镇的旅游的交谈。
我和他坐着一趟破落的火车，同车的乘客们或者很拥挤或者很稀少，双腿久坐的疲乏和旅途不舒适的困顿。
然后经过若干个山洞中的其中一个以后，我们就可以随意走下一个陌生的站台，就此停下，这个小镇有很一般的名字和很牵强的历史。
如释重负的背上包，然后并无目的地闲逛，他结巴，我打岔，反正还有很长的时间去等待下一趟车，或者是明天早上的什么时候。
这是多么sweet的幻想啊。

然后我到美国三年一个月有余了，当时抱着一个学好信号处理的念头来的，同时有点暗自贪恋也许美国是个文艺青年的大花园，在科大的日子真是无比纯洁。
凭着在科大那残留的一点冰心，我依然保持着对research的热忱，对那些昙花现的idea也能以一种没功劳也有苦劳的心态去欣赏了，多少有点同病相怜的味道。
其实美国还真是个小熔炉，你那些只是缘于反抗躁动青春延长期的情绪一旦能够得到自由宣泄了，也就是滑出的乏然无力，无论你此前口中回味着多少呻吟。
而且当你从一个桃花源走出来以后，发现街上车水马龙市井商贩大腿各色匆匆之后，那些停留在自我的诠释和钩织真是一张卫生纸。
当然没法用公式去概括一切，其实我觉得数学也是远古一些套中人发明的，他们用这些所谓的简单和美来屏蔽纷杂；也没法去了解多少人暗中独自的挣扎。
